Ananara and Katie serve as empty vessels through which the Divine orchestrates what is required for optimal being in the moment, and as such the Divine Design will be revealed in the moment on the day ready to offer what is required.

• We recommend that you wear light flowing garment's for comfort and ease of movement.

• Please bring a water bottle for your hydration.

• Cups of tea will be available before the event commences.

• We will take a 30 minute break for lunch where you are free to visit The Palms restaurant located within the resort, or to wander the grounds at your leisure.
