Macramé as an Art Therapy Activity: Mystic Maker Gathering

Macramé, derived from the Arabic word for 'knotting crossways,' has therapeutic benefits and is used as an art therapy activity. It can be a calming and soothing experience for the mind, body and spirit, and is often used as a meditation technique or as an expression of creativity. At our upcoming Mystical Maker Event, you will have the opportunity to create a macrame feather that you can use alone or that  you can build upon to create a more dramatic wallhanging.
