Samhain : Wheel of Asta Ritual

As the final sabbat of the Wheel of the Year, Samhain beckons the heart to ponder upon the mysteries of life and death. This sacred day, observed around the first of May, is a time of gratitude for the earth's bounty, a moment to reflect upon the bounty of harvest and brace for the barrenness of winter. Death and rebirth, and the luminous veil between worlds are woven into this mystical tapestry, where the cycle of life and death is celebrated.

Amidst the flickering candlelight, we honour the spirits of our ancestors, whose wisdom echoes through the ages. As the veil between this realm and the next thins, we are gifted with the opportunity to delve into the mysteries of the cosmos. Through rituals and divination, we seek to understand the secrets of existence, to gain insight into the cycles of birth, growth, decay, and regeneration.

Thus, we embrace the essence of Samhain, where we celebrate life's bounty and the journey of the soul, where we reflect upon our ancestors' legacy and embrace the ebb and flow of existence.

As our Samhain celebration we will be:

• Candle Gazing & Reciting an Ancestral Clearing Prayer
• Connecting with a crossed over loved one
