Talking Bowl
The talking bowl ritual is a beautiful practice where participants gather in a circle to foster open communication and understanding. As the bowl is passed around, only the person holding it is allowed to speak, creating a safe space for sharing their thoughts and feelings. This encourages active listening and deepens connections among participants, allowing each individual to express themselves freely without interruption. It’s a powerful way to honor each voice and promote emotional healing within the group.

Burning Ritual
A transformative fire ritual is offered, where participants gather to embrace change and release stagnant energy. Each person will write down beliefs or emotions they wish to let go of on a piece of paper. As the papers are thrown into the fire, the flames will consume them, symbolizing release of old patterns and the invitation for new beginnings. Together, we will create a powerful space for healing and renewal.

Meditation
In this guided meditation based on the principles of Yoga Nidra, participants can expect a deeply restorative experience aimed at calming and rejuvenating the nervous system. The session will gently guide them into a state of relaxation, helping to release tension and stress. Through a series of visualizations and breath work, participants will cultivate awareness and inner peace, allowing for a profound sense of tranquility. By the end of the meditation, they will feel refreshed and centered, ready to embrace the world with renewed energy.

Tea Ceremony
Join in a calm tea ceremony where participants can enjoy a selection of herbal teas. As part of the experience, each has the opportunity to engage with the mystery bowl of affirmations. By randomly picking a card, they find a personal affirmation to practice in their own time, supporting their journey toward positive energy. It’s a simple yet meaningful experience for both body mind.
