Samsara Agreement 2024

Samsara is a unique agreement that caters to individuals at any level of experience with spirituality and personal energy awareness. Katie's approach includes a variety of techniques such as Yoga Nidra, shamanic journeys, sound massage, essential oils, release & activation rituals, spiritual mentoring and hands on healing.

In between sessions you will be guided to perform mantra chanting with your personally handmade mala prayer beads,  journal, co-create healing and activation with Katie's rainbow sigils,  along with meditating and listening to specified healing sound freequenies.

The goal of Samsara is to help you better understand your personal stories, your pathway, your body's energy centers and how they impact your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
