Cancellation Policy

Paid sessions are transferable but non-refundable. In the interest of all clients, Katie runs appointments, events and classes strictly to schedule. Please arrive promptly to ensure you receive the full allocation of your session time. If you are experiencing problems on the day, please contact Katie ahead of your scheduled session, or class time and she will do her best to accommodate your full session or negotiate a possible transfer.
